Return & Replacement Policies
At Thoth, your satisfaction and peace of mind are at the heart of everything we do. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected, and we’re here to help. If you need to return or exchange a product, we’ve made the process simple and stress-free for you.
1. If You Received a Defective Product
We’re truly sorry if you’ve received a product that’s not up to your expectations. We’re committed to making things right—at no cost to you. Here’s how we can help:
-Let us know within 5 days of receiving your order. This helps us ensure a timely resolution for you.
- Please share clear images or videos showing the defect so we can fully understand the issue.
- Include a picture of the UID label (barcode sticker) attached to the product.
- Provide an image of the original packaging with the shipping label visible.
Once we’ve reviewed the details, we’ll either:
- Arrange a replacement of the product, or
- Offer a full refund, whichever you prefer.
We’ll guide you through returning the product to us, and we’ll handle the rest to make this process as smooth as possible for you.
2. If You’d Like to Return or Exchange a Non-Defective Product
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right (like needing a different size or color), we’re happy to help with an exchange. Here’s how:
- Please request the return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
- The product should be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Kindly note that:
- The cost of return shipping will be covered by you.
- A new order will be placed for the replacement item once we’ve received and reviewed the returned product.
3. Easy Returns with Reverse Pickup
To make things easier, we offer a Reverse Pickup option for returns. This means you won’t need to worry about arranging return shipping yourself.
- The cost of the Reverse Pickup will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
- Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange.
4. Refunds
We’ll process your refund promptly after receiving and inspecting the returned product. You can expect the refund to be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return
Some items are ineligible for return, including:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
